Flatbread and Pizza existence has been around since the 1600's. Which pizza is best around the world is a matter of opinion. From Neopolitan, to Sicilian, New York to Chicago, everyone has a personal preference.
At Fries N Pies, we are reinventing pizza by being unique and creative with our recipes offered. We have twelve mainstays on our menu to choose from but where the diversity really arrives is our flavors of the month. From a Crawfish Etoufee pizza to Eggs Benedict Pizza, we continue to surprise people with ingredients and toppings they wouldn't normally expect to find on a pizza.
Like our poutines, every pizza recipe is paired with a homemade sauce for dipping each bite or simply when ending with crust in hand.
ABOUT OUR POUTINE
Still debated, Poutine was created in Quebec in the 1950's. Over the years, chefs from all over Canada have experimented with poutine by adding different meats and gravies, in addition to combinations that have included lobster and even foie gras.
At Fries N Pies, we are reinventing poutine, first by going against the fast-casual standard of a frozen bagged fry, and creating fresh cut homemade fries that are a part of a labor intensive 48-hour process from start to finish. We also offer sweet potato fries and roasted cauliflower to build your poutine on.
Next, by going unconventional with the toppings, we have gone outside the box with creative combinations such as the Cuban sandwich poutine, and the biscuits and gravy poutine. We offer a diverse selection of homemade sauces to accompany each individual poutine recipe option.
Lastly, for those that are in pursuit of the perfect fry, a duck-fat French fry option can be selected on all poutines.
